- Do you accept pets?
Some of our properties accept pets. This should be listed on the advertisement.
There is a one time non refundable pet fee equal to 25% of the monthly rent along with $25 per month pet rent.
- What is the application fee?
$40.00 per applicant. Everyone 18 years of age of older is required to fill out an application.
- Lease terms?
All of our units require a 1 year lease. The lease will go month to month after the 1 year term.
- What is the security deposit?
The deposit on all of our properties is equal to one months rent.
- How long is my application good for?
Your application is good for any of our properties for 30 days.
- How do I schedule a showing?
Call or email our office.
- Do you require renter’s insurance?
Renter’s insurance is not required but it is highly recommended.
- How long can you hold a property?
We will hold a property that is available now for 2-3 weeks with an approved application and security deposit.
