Community Commitment COVID 19 Readiness
At R.D. Hinkley & Associates Inc., safety of our residents, employees, and prospective tenants are of the utmost importance. We are actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and have measures in place to ensure we continue to serve our customers in a way that is safe for everyone. During this time, we feel it is important to practice social distancing. All in person meetings will be by appointment only until further notice. All maintenance requests can be submitted to us by email at staff@rdhinkley.com or you can give our office a call at 402-466-1686.
All rent payments can be mailed or accepted through the drop box. You may also contact your bank to have them mail us a check directly.
If you are experiencing an emergency please contact our office during normal business hours. If it is after hours, please contact 402-466-2470.
If you wish to submit an application, please submit your fee attached to the application through our dropbox.
We encourage everyone to follow the CDC guidelines to reduce the spread of Covid-19.
